Director of Sales and Market Leader of Los Angeles
Jim joined AUDIOVISIONS in 2006 as General Manager of the Palm Desert/Palm Springs office. The desert location quickly became the market leader under Jim’s direction. He developed a team that executed the largest projects in the valley. Recognizing his ability to successfully lead people, AUDIOVISIONS promoted Jim to Director of Sales & Operations across all of the company’s markets. Today, Jim is the Director of Sales and focuses on market development and expansion.

Jim has been a leader in the industry for over 20 years. He learned the AV business in his accounting and finance role for a startup AV company in Naples, FL. But, he soon realized that his real passion was for managing people and designing lighting and AV systems.
Jim has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and Master of International Management degree from American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
In his spare time, Jim takes to the open seas on his vintage 36-foot sailboat with his wife Candice.
