Bookkeeper/Accountant - Full Time

Role, Duties and Responsibilities 

Seeking an experienced full-charge bookkeeper/accountant. Duties include routine processing of accounts receivable for contracted projects and service projects. The ability to multi-task well and meet strict deadlines is a must.  Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills are required to interact with others associated with the projects, both internal and external. The position must also handle some general office administration functions. Must have minimum two years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. A 2 year degree in accounting or finance is required. Experience with construction billing and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
